We regularly post our listing information on social media via property photos, videos, coming soon info, new listing info, price change announcements on several social media platforms. We create and send email blasts on new listings, price changes and our monthly featured listings. Our email campaign is sent to everyone in our database which incudes land buyers, brokers, agents, investors and folks who have signed up to use our site. Our database contains many years of land related contact information that will help sell your property.

A simple MLS listing can offer an incredible amount of exposure on other broker/agent sites and other real estate websites. Our website shows all Austin MLS listings through an IDX feed subscription. All other brokers and agents who have websites with an IDX feed to Austin MLS will also display your listing on their website. That's 1000's of other broker and agent sites that your listing also appears on.
MLS, as well as some of the paid sites we use, syndicates your listing to a massive amount of other real estate related websites. This includes big national names like Lands of America, LandWatch, Land.us, Land and Farm, The Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and many more for that all-important national and international exposure.
Traditional Land Marketing
The old school style of calling our network of buyers, agents, brokers and lenders searching for buyers for our listings still sells properties! Many deals each year are made from within our own network. We also send personal emails with your property information directly to this same group of real estate professionals.
Lets not forget about the power signs. Signs can provide up to 10% of inquires on properties. An effective sign should clearly deliver a message about the property which is why we use custom riders with our signs that pointout important highlights about the property.
Accredited Land Consultant
Not every ranch brokerage have an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), so when selling it's good to know Longhorn Realty has a full time ALC on staff. ALC’s have gone the extra mile to obtain additional land training, above and beyond Texas licensing requirements.
