Users find our site flows well, is easy to use, provides advanced search tools, interactive property search map and a dashboard to save and setup searches and receive email updates on listings. We provide all these free website services so buyers will come to our site and find our seller's listings.

Today, more than 80% of people who use Facebook as a social network watch videos and online stories there. So, it only makes sense to use that information to promote our client’s listings. Frequently, we post on social media property photos, videos, coming soon info, new listing info and eventually under contract & sold property photos. We utilize various social media platforms. There’s so much more to say about what we do on social media, but we prefer to say that in person.
We send out email blasts usually no less than once a month to quality leads who may have interest in our listings. In addition to our monthly emails we also do new listing & price change notifications. Our email data base is many years in the making and it contains all of our real estate contacts, buyers, investors and people who have signed-up to use our website. It's a great way to get our client's listings in front of potential buyers and Realtors who may know potential buyers.
Using creative media sources, such as custom blog posts, social media posts, video sharing, and email campaigns is a great way for us to engage with potential buyers about our client's properties. Once these are set in place, they become the gift that keeps on giving. A custom blog for example, with the proper SEO work, indefinitely keeps reeling in potential buyers from all over the internet or until the blog is no longer active. That's powerful!
I can't even begin to do justice in describing the power that MLS marketing provides. Only Texas Realtors in good standing and with active MLS memberships can post listings on a Texas MLS. Our MLS memberships currently include Austin MLS, Central Texas MLS and Highland Lakes MLS.
A simple MLS listing can offer an incredible amount of exposure on other broker/agent sites and other real estate websites. Our website shows all Austin MLS listings through an IDX feed subscription. All other brokers and agents who have websites with an IDX feed to Austin MLS will also display your listing on their website. That's 1000's of other broker and agent sites that your listing also appears on.
MLS, as well as some of the paid sites we use, syndicates your listing to numerous other real estate related websites. This includes big national names like Lands of America, LandWatch, Land and Farm, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and many more for that all-important national exposure.
Traditional Land Marketing
It may seem old school, but we still pick up the phone and call our network of agents, brokers and lenders searching for buyers for your listing. Many deals are still made from making these phone calls. We also send personal emails with your property information directly to these same real estate professionals.
Lets not forget about the power signs. Signs can provide up to 10% of inquires on properties. An effective sign should clearly deliver a message about the property which is why we use custom riders with our signs that pointout important highlights about the property.
